Boardwalk Cottages

I've been visiting here with my mom for a couple years now and gosh I love it! Love that it's dog friendly, great location, super comfortable beds. At this point we've stayed in most all of the different cottages and they are all fantastic. I can't recommend enough!! They used to deliver free pastries every morning but I think they stopped after the added the coffee shop, which is no problem. We're apart of the loyalty program which means we get added treats (such as a box of caramels for example) but I don't think they really train the employees on this because they are always super confused when we bring it up. No problem though! They are always willing to ask for us! Amazing, amazing place. If you are visiting long beach, stay here!

Positive: Location, cleanliness, ease of check in. The bed was very comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was great! Negative: The neighbors were noisy with their kid running up and down the stairs early in the morning and we wished there were hooks for towels in the bathroom.

This was our last booking on our road trip between Mariposa CA and Seattle from where we shall cruise to Alaska as part of our holiday of a lifetime that started 3 weeks ago in Boston MA, came through New York and Jersey City, stopped off at Dallas before attending a family wedding in Mariposa. To arrive here and find such lovely people and wonderful accommodation - big shout out for it all but especially the bed and pillows - was an added bonus! If you're travelling, this is a brilliant stop over point!

Boardwalk Cottages is an absolute delight! From the moment you arrive, the immaculate, stylishly decorated cottages make you feel right at home. The location is unbeatable—tucked away in a quiet corner of Long Beach yet just a short, scenic walk to both the ocean boardwalk and the charming downtown shops. ​The attention to detail is what sets this place apart: the cozy fireplaces, plush bedding, and thoughtful amenities like the complimentary bikes and fire pits create a perfectly relaxing atmosphere. The staff is incredibly welcoming and ensures every part of your stay is seamless. ​If you’re looking for a clean, modern, and coastal-chic getaway in Long Beach, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back!

5 stars. We’ll be back again! 💯 We had a gift card to any of the adrift hotels but we preferred to stay away from the main hotel and stay close enough to still be able to use their amenities. We actually booked super last minute and Jennie helped us out over the phone to make sure our room was secured. Rooms were 🥹🥹🥹! With a newborn and a golden retriever, we needed all the space we could get and the king suite delivered. Plus, always a quick trip downstairs for some food/drink. Did I already mention we are planning on coming back?
