The Lakefront Anchorage

Here for one night before an early-morning flight. Shuttle was prompt after calling for it at the airport to bring me to the hotel. It runs every hour on the hour in the morning to bring guests to check-in. Service was great. Resort fees include a $10 voucher for the restaurants in the hotel and two complementary waters. The lobby is very nice with tons of seating. The rooms are very large and spacious. The bed is pretty comfortable. Some of the nightstand outlets did not work for me. The AC window unit is a bit odd but does work to cool down the room. A fridge and ironing board are nice to see. The showers include body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in dispensers, and there are plenty of towels. There is a desk and place to put your suitcase. Overall, I’d say this hotel is decent value fo

We had a very good stay overall and were especially impressed with the value. The hotel was extremely cost-effective—almost to the point where I was initially cautious—but to my surprise, it exceeded expectations. The lobby is beautiful, and the hotel offers two restaurants. We enjoyed breakfast one morning, and it was very good. The staff throughout our stay were wonderful—very kind and welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean. One thing that did surprise us was the lack of a microwave or refrigerator in the room, which would have been helpful during a longer stay. On Saturday night, we went down to the second restaurant for a beverage and some food and were surprised to learn it closed before 8:00 p.m. That was a bit disappointing, especially for a weekend evening. Had a great stay at this hotel. The food was really good with lots of tasty options, and everything I tried was fresh and well made. The service at the restaurant was excellent, staff were super professional, specially “Gs Espinosa”, she was very friendly, attentive, and always makes customers feel welcome from the moment they walk in. She handles busy shifts with ease and keeps a positive attitude no matter how hectic it gets. You can tell she really cares about providing great service, and it shows in every interaction. The restaurant is lucky to have her!|They really made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I’d definitely stay here again.

I was nervous with all the bad reviews. Checkin was extremely easy and quick very friendly. Hotel is older but have stayed in much worse. Price during the off season was reasonable. I checked prices during busy season in July and was almost $500 a night definitely wouldn't stay anywhere especially here for $500 a night absolutely insane. Although when people are willing to pay that price get your money.

Positive: If I could, I would give >10 for the front desk staff. A special thanks to staff who switched our rooms after initially having a room above the dumpster and provided a much needed toothbrush. Room itself was large and comfortable. Negative: ""
