Hyatt House Anchorage

Hello, I am writing to share my concerns regarding my recent stay at your hotel 1/17/2026, which was booked to celebrate my son’s eighth birthday. This was a particularly meaningful occasion for our family. My son had his seventh birthday at your hotel as well, and after speaking honestly with your staff by phone when reserving the room, I was told that hosting his birthday celebration about a month earlier would be acceptable. At no point during that conversation was I informed that birthday gatherings were no longer allowed at the hotel. When we arrived, there were six children in the room. Within the first 30 minutes of our stay, I received a call from the front desk, and shortly after, a manager came to our door due to a noise complaint from the room below us. Followed by three more

I have been staying at this hotel for years when traveling into Anchorage. The customer service is outstanding from all the staff. My room is always clean with good internet and upgraded TV channels. The bed is comfortable with a great shower and hot water. Overall, I feel safe staying at this hotel and that is most important to me.

Love this hotel!! Marlene was amazing & did everything to keep us happy & comfortable. Can't say enough nice things about her! Super clean hotel. Spacious well thought out room. Pool was perfect. Buffet breakfast was a great start to everyday! Bonus, there is a bird sanctuary right next to hotel. We look forward to returning next time in AK!

Had an extended stay here for work. Excellent hotel, even by Hyatt standards. All the staff are wonderful and I would gladly stay again. Fresh berries with almost every breakfast is a great touch. Rooms had nice views too!
