THE INN- PITTSBURGH

Literally never, actually beware. Is it better than freezing to death on the street sure absolutely if there's nowhere else you can go it's a resource. If you just wanted to save $20 I would spring for that other $20. Facility was dirty. Literal long black hair still in the tub. Checked for bed bugs thankfully didn't see any. However the mattress is from 1985. There's no front desk person.. or at least they don't come out at all. Had to call a number at the front desk fill out a form twice because they said it didn't go through... Sit on my end it definitely did. Then they give you a code for a locker to get your singular key. Elevator was out with no prior warning which honestly I was able to walk up the stairs so not a big deal but to someone who isn't a problem. There were very small

Elevator out of service. Room was cold all night long; the next morning I was looking forward to a nice hot shower to finally warm up...but the "hot" water was tepid at best.||I know it's a budget motel; that said, certain creature comforts like a working elevator, a comfortable temperature in the room, and a hot shower should not be sacrificed in the name of economy.

The elevator was out of order. My room was cold all night long on Christmas day. I talked to the front desk about it, and when I went back to the room the heater seemed to be putting-out hot air. Then it stopped again. I spent the night very cold. The next morning I thought, "I'll get a nice hot shower to warm up." That didn't happen either. The "hot" water was tepid at best and I was not able to shower. Look - I know it's a bargain motel. I've stayed at many hotels around the world at many price points, so it's not like this was one of my "first hotel room" experiences. I cannot endorse this hotel and recommend people find something warmer that actually HAS hot water, heat, and a working elevator. Very disappointing.

Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms, an awesome indoor parking garage away from the ❄️ snow and inclement weather were experiencing. There is a nice, clean, accessible shared dining area located near our room which was surprisingly nice. I’ll def be returning!

The hotel is in the process of updating and repairs. It is clean and a good inexpensive option if you are only sleeping there. There is a small fridge in the room. The outdoor area with tables is a good place to sit. There are many places to eat nearby and a gas station with a mart 1/2 block away. We returned to our room after 9 pm and there were no staff there. We were locked out of our room and had to access(which I felt was wrong) the office and call phone numbers listed that we thought to be employees. Someone luckily answered and told us there was an extra key in a "safe". This turned out not to work. We called back and she did send someone over to physically make us a new card. Earlier in the day we confirmed that I had booked the room for 2 nights but alas the communication w
