Omni William Penn Hotel

Our recent stay at the Omni William Penn was largely fantastic—the kind of classic, high-end experience you expect from a historic Pittsburgh landmark. If you’re heading to an event at PPG Paints Arena, the location is unbeatable; it’s a quick, easy walk that saves you the headache of event-day traffic. The room was spotlessly clean with some of the most comfortable bedding we’ve encountered in a while. The bathroom was modern, with excellent water pressure, and a shower that actually feels like a luxury experience. We also grabbed a meal at The Tap Room on-site. The food was delicious and the convenience of staying in-house for a quality meal can’t be overstated. The only hiccup—which isn't a fault of the hotel’s service, but definitely a logistics "gotcha"—is the parking height restr

Loved the hotel itself! The Christmas decorations were an abundant beautiful treat that extended my holiday! Too many trees to count, a gingerbread version of the hotel super cool! The architecture of the ballroom and lobby were thoroughly respected, admired and enjoyed! The speakeasy was of course a highlight as we love a good speakeasy! The location was perfect for our trip...close to the stadium, fabulous restaurants, country bars and the airport! Rooms were a perfect size, loved the water pressure, and the cleanliness! Comfy beds and thee best pillows! Valet was on time! Check in was easy! Cheeseburgers were paradise! Wish we had more time!

Positive: It is just wonderful to stay in this historic place. It's beautiful and comfortable at the same time. You are made to feel welcome here. Negative: Truly nothing at all!

Beautiful lobby. Rooms are clean. There's complimentary water bottles, a small keurig and real mugs. Mini fridge and a full closet. Bathroom was clean and had strong water pressure. Unfortunately no room service. The sign in the bathroom warning you not to take the soap was cringe worthy. The soaps are definitely not worth $70. I suppose they could chain them down? Haha
