Drury Inn & Suites Pittsburgh Airport Settlers Ridge

Very good property. Well lit, very clean, polite staff, comfortable furnishings. We had a high king room, which had a great view. The room itself felt small square footage-wise, and my wife was not thrilled that it was a connected room. However, those were minor and did not affect the stay. The room was clean, bathroom was large, and it had a small wet bar area with microwave and fridge. The room was very sound insulated because we didnt hear any doors slamming and hallway/adjoinjng room conversations. Breakfast had a large number of options, was well-maintained, and quality of food was above average. This was our second visit at a Drury property and they both have stood out to the point that we highly recommend them, and we will return.

Positive: The hotel was very clean. The staff was great and very helpful. Also, they provided a great dinner as well as breakfast at no additional charge. Negative: This was my first stay here so I was following Google Maps which needs to be corrected. You have to pass by the hotel, then turn into a side parallel road to enter the hotel parking lot. There's a big sign there which for some reason, I didn't see!

We stayed here Saturday night, and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel is! This was our first time staying at a Drury property. It was incredibly clean! Our room was spacious and comfortable with a great bed. Lots of outlets for charging our phones and devices. The bathroom was great, too. Nice big shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered was amazing! We had delicious waffles, eggs, sausage, and potatoes. A nice selection of other breakfast items as well. Everything was fresh and hot. We have booked another Drury property in Texas since we were so impressed with our stay here.

We had our first visit at a Drury Inn this past week. It was a wonderful experience, everyone was extremely friendly, the room was nice. At breakfast, which was amazing, we had the pleasure of talking to Roshia, who made sure we had everything we needed. The evening we arrived we had the pleasure of not having to venture out for a meal, because there was a wide array of food options set out to choose from... pulled pork sliders, baked potatoes, salsa and chips, soup, and salad, etc and Phyllis was another hard worker who kept the tables cleared, and was very attentive to whatever we might need!! We definitely will be back!!!

This was our second Drury hotel stay. Our first stay was at one in Florida. We liked it so much we decided to stay at another location. This one was also great for the most part. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was very friendly. The first thing I always do at a hotel is check the bed. There were so many hairs on the fitted sheet when I pulled the blanket down. I don't know how anyone wouldn't notice that. I pulled all of the hairs off using tissues and then put on my own sheets that I luckily brought from home. When I went to use the blow-dryer there was a use Q-tip next to it on the shelf. It was used bc there was obvious ear wax on it. It was a white Q-tip and I only purchase purple ones from Target so I knew it wasn't from us. Some bath towels also had hair on them. Breakfast was
