The Inn on Fall River | Fall River Cabins

Beautiful property with great location near downtown. The rooms have been updated and changed over the years, but it is always lovely, and the customer service is wonderful! They have really made it a simple and painless process, from booking, checking-in and out, even ordering services to your room. It is currently under construction or has nearby construction, but you could barely hear anything at the Stream Suits. My family has enjoyed every version of the property and will continue to go for years to come. You won’t be disappointed, just book it!

The place was awesome! We booked last minute and they were so accommodating and offered us a discount for an upgrade which was very reasonable. The room was beautiful and cozy. The whole area is so charming. There was some construction but it wasn’t bothersome at all! We loved the fire place and big tub and heated floors in the bathroom. The self check in/ out was easy. And we loved having a door code. I highly recommend the inn if you are in the Estes park area. We will most definitely be returning.

We had the pleasure of staying here for our 2yr anniversary. To say it was nothing short of quite quaint and amazing is an understatement. The room was secluded and private for us with a jacuzzi tub IN the room and a hot tub outside. The fire place was such a cozy touch. It was short drive for restaurants. In the morning we were greeted by turkeys who were a little friendly but it was very sweet. We truly enjoyed our time there and Calla who works at the front desk is a fantastic plethora for local information (we enjoyed meeting Jasper too!) Within a minute or two of the national park where we spent the day and got to relax at the room in the evening. Perfect stay in Estes!

Positive: Nice stream flowing alongside. Negative: Beds were not that comfortable. Construction happening in the back was not great with the serene environment

Beautiful quick stay up here! Yes, there is construction, and you can hear the noise. But it's not unbearable, and the rooms are discounted appropriately - and of course they are fully transparent about all of that! Danielle in the office was so helpful on check in - and by the way, the Blue Hawaiian was delicious! It was a wonderful place to stay for the night, and I would do it again in a heartbeat, only for a longer stay!
