Hidden Valley is such a hidden gem in Rocky Mountain National Park! I’m an elopement photographer, and I love this spot for couples looking for a quiet, forested area with stunning mountain views. The scenery is especially beautiful in early summer when everything is lush and green. It’s a great spot for a small ceremony or just a stop for some photos! It feels private even though it’s not far from the main road. If you’re planning a Rocky Mountain elopement, Hidden Valley is definitely worth considering!

Amazing spot for sledding. It’s located inside the RMNP, so tickets are required unless it’s a national holiday.

Short and highly accessible trail that's a great spot for some fresh air. If you walk all of it you'll probably be sitting at less than half a mile. It has some bridges and a creek running through it. This is also the location of the Junior Ranger Station. The accessibility can make it crowded, though, so prepare for that.

This place is high up altitude 9k +- so if your coming from low sea level prepair yourself. Yes it's free to go but you gotta have a pass or pay to enter the park. Pack a lunch, bring your best camera. There are no food vendors in the park and the views are breathtaking. From Florida here and this is our second tiback. Many more visits to come.

Great Sledding place! We come here every time we are in Estes Park. There is a warming room, restrooms and plenty of parking. its short walk to the sledding area from the parking lot. There has been a Volunteer here keeping an eye on things when we've been here. The sledding area is large enough to accommodate several families wanting to sled at the same time.
