Boulder Brook on Fall River

Boulder Brook was AMAZING. The room was SUPER nice, the bed was comfy and warm. The fireplace warmed it up so much we had to open a couple windows to cool off. The jacuzzzi tub was fantastic. The staff is some of the best I've encountered in 40 years of travel. Being right on the river was a wonderful experience as well. I cannot recommend Boulder Brook enough. They are ABSOLUTELY worth the price.

I’ve had wonderful experiences at Boulder Brook for years, visiting with my mother. This year, my husband and I stayed together for the first time, and it was just as special. From my first conversation with Beverly while making the reservation, to my check-in with Julie, to my follow-up texts with Katie after I accidentally left something behind — every interaction was exceptional. They were even kind enough to mail my item back to me! The customer service was downright amazing. You cannot ask for better service. The spa suite was perfect — very roomy, bright natural light, and peaceful. The kitchen window opens to the sound of Fall River, and the back patio is the ideal spot to relax, with privacy between the units. Really enjoyed our three night stay here. We stayed in a ground floor 1 bedroom apartment without a kitchen. It still had a microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, bar ink, and refrigerator. Had a nice electric fireplace which really warmed up the room quick. The bed was very comfortable (King) and good pillows. The bathroom included a jetted tub. There was ample outside seating, but to cold when we were there. There is also a community outside hot tun.

Boulder Brook on Fall River was an awesome place to stay. :) The suite was cute, cozy and very comfortable. The location is also great being just down the road from the Rocky Mountain National Park. ||When we checked in, Wapiti Colorado Pub was recommended and the food was delicious!!! We ate dinner there twice and it was just around the corner. The Safeway grocery store was also recommended to pick up sandwiches for in the park. That also worked out great. The staff was very helpful. :) ||I strongly recommend staying here and we will stay again when we return to Estes Park. :)

I’ll definitely be staying at Boulder Brook again! The cabin was spacious and clean. Fall River is just a few feet from the back deck of the cabin. Large windows to take in the view, too! Staff is friendly and eager to help in any way they’re able. Loved it!
