Woodlands On Fall River

Another great stay. So glad they had room available during our time in Estes Park. The room was extremely clean. It felt like home away from home. Didn't want to leave. They were gracious enough to let us have a late check out since we had a late flight home. Would recommend anyone e stay there. We booked a 2 bedroom suite. Great location for those going to the park.

We booked through Airbnb, and Jesse's condo was beautiful—very clean, well maintained, and stocked with great amenities. Estes Park is an amazing area with so much to do, all within a short drive, which made the location fantastic. Overall, it was a great place to stay. That said, we were a bit disappointed at check-in. We understand it's a condo community and that multiple units are owned, but the listing photos didn't fully match the unit we were assigned. We specifically booked this place for the bathtub shown in the photos, and our unit only had a shower. Aside from that, everything else was enjoyable and we had a good stay.

Woodlands has very nice suite rooms with well stocked kitchens, nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. Location is great for a quick drive to Estes Park or the Rocky Mountain Fall River entrance. Setting is beautiful with the River right outside your door.

Great place to stay. The property manager was welcoming. Beautiful river view and sound. KEEP IN MIND THERE IS NO AIR-CONDITIONING. Being from Texas, I was very worried about it However, the nights were cool/cold, with lows from the 40's to the 50's. Very Nice. Sweater weather... Highly recommend it.

We made our reservations almost a year in advance and were very disappointed we weren’t given one of the nicer units, perhaps an upper unit further from the driveway. We were very close to the driveway in a lower unit, not ideal. We could hear the toilet flushing and shower running in the other units as the pipes go down through the bedroom wall. The advertising and pictures on the website are very deceptive; it looks like the river side of the property is backed against a mountain; it is not - the river is in front of the property next to a busy highway. Any peacefulness derived from the river is negated by the constant traffic noise! The units are a bit run down; coffee pot burned up and very noisy old dishwasher. No housekeeping was offered so we had to go get our own clean towels and e
