Paradise on the River

Beautiful setting near the Thompson River! Quiet & peaceful area. Lovely flowers add to the ambiance. Restaurants within 10 minutes & many choices.

Paradise? On the river? YES! BOTH are TRUE!|I performed a lot of research before choosing a campground for 2024. I finally made a choice for Paradise and called, but no luck - they were booked solid. The owner told me that they book a year in advance, so I had to settle for Jellystone which I was not completely thrilled with. However, I had health problems and had to cancel everything for 2024. I recovered and immediately called to book for 2025. Wow. This place is incredible. I've read so many reviews and yes, everyone has their own idea of what the best campground is. But when your camper is 10ft from the edge of the deck which extends over the river... you know you made the right choice. VERY close to the RMNP entrance, yet far enough away from the busy streets of Estes Park. The owners

We absolutely loved this little RV park. It is intimate, clean and peaceful. It is run by very friendly and inviting peeps! Great access to Rocky Mountain national Park and just a few minutes from town. |My husband loved the fishing and I enjoyed sitting on the little deck right on the little Thompson river Highly recommend!

What a wonderful place! Kathy and Kim provide every amenity you could need for a great experience. We enjoyed sitting on the porch with the propane fire pits while listening to the river "rushing" by. The bed was very comfortable and much appreciated after a day of hiking. Location is great as well. Highly recommend.

We would highly recommend Paradise. Karen was so friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Our cabin had an amazing view of the river. It was peaceful to sit on the deck with morning coffee and listen to the water go by and see an occasional animal visitor. We would come back again and again!
