We have stayed at The Garland a number of times and always enjoy going back.||The personalised service has been impressive. The friendly staff always make us feel very welcome and deliver exceptional customer service. ||We find hotel very relaxing, suitable for individuals or families.| |The ‘Front Yard’ is a casual indoor / outdoor dining area.|The ‘Courtyard’ has lounge furniture, umbrellas, heaters and food & drinks service. |’The Store’ offers some excellent gifts / essential travel needs.||There is a gym, heated swimming pool and 2 spas with adjacent bar facilities. Plenty of room to spread out with sun-lounges, umbrellas and towels provided. ||The hotel has excellent laundry facilities where customers can do their own washing / drying. We have used this multiple times each visit.|

I recently stayed at The Garland in North Hollywood and overall had a very good experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff was friendly and attentive. The check-in process was quick and smooth. The hotel has a modern style with a nice retro touch. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The common areas, especially the pool, are perfect for relaxing. The location is also excellent, close to Universal Studios and other attractions. However, the only negative part was the restaurant experience. We were waiting to be called to be seated at a table, and they never called us. It was an uncomfortable situation, and I personally felt that it might have been because of the way we were dressed, which left me with a bad impression. Despite that, my overall experience at the

We stayed at The Garland for a few nights over New Year 2025. The Hotel is beautiful, clean and family friendly. Literally something out of a Christmas movie. Staff were outstanding and so hepful. Check in was super fast and as we arrived earlier than our check in time at 3pm they kept our cases safe so we could go out and explore for the day. The facilities are great, Hotel Reception is beautiful and always smelt amazing. Food and Drinks were always available ... cocktails were very strong haha!. Hotel Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were super comfortable also. Shower was lovely and powerful. Swimming pool area was always clean and they even had movies playing in the evening in this area, great for the kiddos. The room (two Queen Beds for five nights) is very comfortable with a small balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee. The vibe is so chillax. The food is gorgeous at the Front Yard restaurant where I did enjoy brunch, dinner and even takeaway as well. Staff there are of very good customer service as well. You can easily purchase the Universal Studio tickets at the hotel as well as enjoy free shuttle trolley to the Studio. Everything just exceeded my expectations.

I want to repeat our trip to Universal Studios just to stay at the Garland again! This hotel is wonderful. Although it is close to the highway, we didn't hear any noise. The beds are super comfortable and all of the decor and fixtures are high quality (more so than typically found in hotels). One small detail that delighted us, the door to the room props open. We decided to dine at the restaurant and were blown away by the quality and delicate balance of flavors. Absolute perfection. And the staff at the restaurant had a natural rapport – we felt as though we were treated as close friends. The grounds are beautiful to just walk and enjoy and the pool has extra details like a bar that opens onto the pool, showers and nice WCs that make it extra special.
