Best Western Burbank Airport Inn

I had a job nearby so I stayed the night here. I chose this hotel from reading reviews of others around. I read some things about 200.00 cash deposit which concerned me because I'd be checking out at 5am, well before they could walk my room to check for damage. This is not the case. Credit card deposit was accepted. For the hotel, it's clean enough to sleep, and shower. For the location I will not return. Homeless everywhere, trash all over the streets, guys loitering around drinking on the corners and in front if the liquor store. I did not get robbed and my truck did not get broken into. So that was good. I did hear a couple explosions outside the hotel, I was too tired to even look though. Didn't hear gun shots but I did expect to. The trash truck comes at 5am to pick up the

The beds are great, their complimentary breakfast is good, too. The lack of professionalism from the morning staff at the front desk makes me not want to come back here, ever again. They are rude and have no customer service skills.|Getting to the hotel was very easy. |Not the best area, a bit ghetto.|Very clean hotel.|Bathrooms are very clean, too.|The cleanliness of the place wasn't the issue at all. The front desk people and their attitude is what turned me off.|The way they talk to people makes me not want to come back ever again. Why would I want to deal with people's attitudes this early in the day? Not worth it.

Positive: Very clean and the staff was excellent. Negative: The location is not optimal but it was fine. The big complaint was the parking situation. You have to double park and leave the keys with the front desk. But at least the parking is free.

Good hotel in a not-so-good area. Convenient to BUR and to Kaiser Permanente, so it was perfect for me. But I don't think it's good for walking around. Better to drive elsewhere like Noho area, pretty closeby. But for the price it was good and I'd stay here again.

Laura at the breakfast was so nice to all our family. She made sure tables were always clean and food trays were filled. Loved seeing her every morning. Rooms were clean too
