The Conch House Motel

Didn't realize how close to the Bridge of Lions it was! Room was nice and clean. Checking in and out was a breeze. Property was nice with large dock going into the river, which contained the lounge, restrooms and other features (we didn't walk the whole way). Plenty of parking. Didn't try the on-site restaurant, but there was one available. The pool was closed for refurbishment. Pricing comparable to others in the area. Would stay again.

What a place!! Great bar with phenomenal drinks and atmosphere. Marina vibe complete with boats and pet alligators. Food was great and reasonable and the staff super friendly, responsive, and accommodating to our request to move when it was too cold under one of the elevated cabanas. The conch Fritters were a group (6 of us) favorite and so were the sandwiches with fresh ingredients, and well cooked seafood.

Was very disappointed we waited long time for dirty tables then didn't get our app waitresses was ok but not around much when food came it was small portions advertise full chicken, lucky.If it was a half to a quarter of a chicken breast gf didn't care for her food ! We waited long time for waitress to come back to ask if we needed anything or how our food was never came.Still never got our appetizer, which they said later was a side which did not come out with the food even if it was a side it was not delivered with the food as it should have been. We got up to find manager manager was very rude. Said we drank too much as like we were supposed to be doing what the hour we waited on a Saturday night when they sell alcohol, sorry. We have stayed at the Conch House Marina four or five times and really love the vibe of this place. The bar located along the docks is very nice and often has live music. We stayed in the motel for the first time ever and found it to be very worth the money. Our cottage was clean spacious and had updated decor and bathroom!

Outside restaurant for lunch had great views over the Marina. Our server ....Tyler .... gave us one if the best service and attention I think I have ever had of any server. Thanks Tyler.
