Paradise Ocean Beach House

The 2 stars are for location. The house is right across the road from Publix and on a very nice stretch of beach. The house itself has quite a few problems. The blinds in the master bedroom are broken, there are stains in the carpet, and the outside door was hard to shut. I could have dealt with all these things if it weren't for all the other problems. The refrigerator didnt work when we arrived. This was the 1st call we made to maintenance. They told me 3 times they would send someone to fix it and I never received a call back. Nobody ever came so my husband and father in law fixed it themselves or the $100 worth of groceries we had already bought would have ruined. The sink started leaking underneath while we were there, that was call #2 to maintenance. Again no one came or called b

Amazing! The house has the best location. It has an awesome backyard with a fire pit. You can be as loud as you want because the backyard is walled in and surrounded on one side by a parking lot, the other the backside of a restaurant, and then a road. There's a convenient gate that you can cut thru to get to St. George Street. We brought cornhole, a bose Bluetooth speaker, lots of beer, and found that we didn't need to go to the bars because everything we needed was there, not to mention a karaoke machine! (which was sooo entertaining after a few beers). The inside of the house was very modern, and beautiful. I got stuck in the room with the futon, but at least there was a TV in there ;). Great place to stay when visiting the beach. The air-conditioning worked great ( a must for Florida) and the home was spacious enough for the whole family.

Awesome beach front view and balcony big enough for table & chairs provided! !!

Airbnb. Easy access to beach and grocery shopping. Quiet.
