Holiday Inn Express St. Augustine - Vilano Beach, an IHG Hotel

This place has their act together. From the friendly and helpful receptionists to the kitchen breakfast staff everything went smoothly. Great low key vibe in the hotel which reflected the surrounding Vilano Beach area. ||Ideal location about 6 walking minutes to the beach, and at least 4 good restaurants within walking distance distance. A bonus was a Publix across the parking lot. ||A basic stopover on the way south to Port Lucie turned into unexpected pleasures. We will return to this area next year for a longer stay.

We cannot say enough great things about our stay here! When you walk in and see “thank you” cards all over, you know your stay is going to be wonderful Clean, comfortable and great rooms. The breakfast was the best we’ve ever enjoyed at a Holiday Inn (or any other hotel). The owner was such a delight - brought us fresh made muffins and cooked us eggs fresh from his own chickens! We will be back!

This was a lovely hotel experience! Every staff member I spoke to during our stay including the owner and his sister were very friendly and hospitable. I appreciated our impeccably clean and spacious room and the very large balcony! The breakfast in the morning was awesome including freshly ground coffee. There was also a nice lady coming around every morning to offer fresh fruit. Another nice feature of this hotel is the indoor pool which was heated and nice to enjoy when the weather outside is less than ideal. The attention to detail and customer service was very refreshing! I will be back again with my family should we visit this area again! Highly recommend!!

We had an excellent stay here. Every staff member we encountered here was so friendly and accommodating. The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and pool space was beautiful. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. The staff were so kind and were even accommodating of our dietary restrictions. We loved watching the sunrise from the balcony and having such close proximity to the beach. We only spent one night here, but it was such a top notch experience, and we made the most of our stay with all of the amenities offered by this hotel. We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay here and the customer service we received. We will definitely be back!

OMG....I can't say enough good things about my weekend stay here. Very comfy. Outstanding service. The people were super nice. The breakfast was amazing. The owner/operator himself was in the dining area every morning serving, making everyone feel welcomed and comfortable, and not because they were short staffed, but because he is an amazing person ❤️ He was even m a making the children paper airplanes. Truly wonderful! I was truly amazed and blessed to be a part of such an amazing experience
