The Boulevard Motel of Deland

Good luck setting a reservation over the phone. NOBODY EVER ANSWERS AND YOU HAVE TO PLAY PHONE TAG WITH THE OWNER AND MANAGER because neither one answer the phone and they have no land line listed to acctually conduct regular bussiness calls. Also if you look at ther pictures, you can see the place is very rundown and in a huge need of an major remodel. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you like dealing with people that just DO NOT CARE.

The lady that manages this motel was the best person I have met she helped me and my husband with resources so that we weren't going to be sleeping on the street when it was out time to leave the motel this place is awesome and I would recommend any one to come to this motel if they need help or just wanted to get a way for the weekend or whatever best I have had in a long time

Very nice upgrade from before. Rooms are clean service is impeccable. I highly recommend to stay here.

I had an out of town guest stay here because it was close to my home and downtown. The room was clean. The property is much cleaner and appealing than it was a few years ago. Jodi went above and beyond to help me get they stay set up. Even though the do not usually do a "day rate", she made it happen!

The new owner Bill is Awesome. He's fixing up the place and he's around alot so if you need something it happens immediately. Jodi the property manager is Amazing!!! She does everything to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy! She is such a caring and sweet person! Room was clean, a/c was cold and we had a kitchen! Loved it!
