These people are not good people to deal with. I was stranded on the st John's river. I called this place and told the lady I was stranded in front of their place on the water and offered to pay to use their launch. Rude lady said keep drifting north to the bridge. Wouldn't let me pay to use the ramp in time of distress.

We really enjoy everything about our visits to Riviera Resort. Service is great and the facility and rooms are excellent. We can’t wait for our trip again next year.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and found the rooms nicely decorated, very comfortable and immaculately clean. A great base for getting out and about and coming back to and relaxing. Lovely pool and covered pergola area for outside eating and entertaining. We found all the staff very friendly and helpful whenever needed and met many very friendly other residents.||Next visit we hope to stay in the river front rooms which were so sadly out of service during our time there due to Hurricane Ian’s flooding trail! We hope all returns to normal for all very soon.

This was a quaint, yet warm, comfortable, welcoming, clean, and inviting little hidden gem!!! The property is on the river with beautiful views and offers lots of comfortable seating. Everyone from the staff, residents, boaters and fellow resort visitors was very friendly. From going out on a boat, to the pool, to the community room, to the covered pavillion with a community-use grill and cornhole, to the river area, there’s plenty to enjoy. Staying here was a great, relaxing getaway nice and close to state parks and springs to get to explore. I can see why so many come back year after year - so great for boaters, fishers, explorers, RV’ers, and those looking for a quiet cozy get-away. We’ll be back soon for sure!
