The staff were all very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good. The pool was fun and the gym is 24hr. Some things felt a little old, but nothing felt dirty. I thought it was all very nice especially in the price range. One thing to note - the sound proofing is lacking for all those rooms close together. I could hear conversations through the doors while walking down the hall, and we got a complaint from the people under us just from walking around the room to brush teeth etc. Even though they were probably just jerks, still I believe that the sounds carry too much. You may consider offering people who are sensitive the top floor. And if you ever remodel, soundproof more for sure! People sensitive to sound- maybe book somewhere else so you don't have to be jerk faces not letting people

The staff during our stay was incredibly nice. Gentleman working the front desk Monday night 12/1 was so patient and understanding during my son’s meltdown when checking in (after the long drive and it being a new place he wasn’t having it lol). The pool here is impressive, perfect temperature and it’s saltwater, no yucky feeling after getting out like other pools. Breakfast is great even during the week! Woman working desk at check out on 12/3 was also great and understanding as we ran a little past our check out time of 11am trying to wrangle up the kiddo. We will be staying here again on our next trip in a few months.

The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the fire alarm was going off all night and they were not willing to give any sort of reimbursement even though we could not really sleep... Booking.com did give some travel credit though so I recommend booking through them. Other than that, service was great breakfast, was a typical hotel breakfast (no biscuits and gravy though).

I've stayed here multiple times in trips to and thru Lincoln City. Found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Once I stopped in at about 11 am to make a reservation for that night. They checked me in and gave me the room key. Rooms have always been spotless and everything i used worked. Reasonably quiet for being next to rhe main road thru town. Near many restaurants that you can walk to if that's your desire. Decent free breakfast. My go to place in Lincoln City.
