Texas Inn & Suites-Denton

Peaceful clean and wonderful for a getaway just to relax and not have to worry about everything. The staff are so awesome they communicate better than a staff member at a motel 6. Wonderful unforgettable experiences.

Absolutely horrendous. Please do not waste your money on this motel. There was bugs in the bed and in the room not once but twice. I got fed up after being assured it was a one off thing and he “never gets complaints about bugs” If you know roaches if there’s one there’s gonna be alot more and so this guy was full of crap. And after asking the guy at the desk for a refund he’s not able to due to their policy it’s non refundable.

Well worth the price for a peaceful night's stay. Employees are wonderful and nice. Rooms are well cleaned. Definitely coming back.

As a Denton native & Denton reviewer I am deeply saddened that I have to give a negative review. The Management is very unprofessional & unkind. As a guest they make you feel very unwelcome. I was given several nasty looks which made me uncomfortable. The booking stated continental breakfast & there was nothing. The Wi-Fi is slow/non-existent. The location is quiet during the day but at night there are several people coming & going that look like they are not guests. The room next to me blared music & when mentioned to the front I was ignored. Rooms are outdated but well maintained.

Positive: Comfortable bed, relatively clean for price point, easy to access location, Negative: After driving all day, I arrived late.. around 11pm to a very hot room. (Estimated well over 80 degrees). A/C was not on and this was a very hot day in North Texas. This is THE deal breaker no matter how nice the hotel was. I would not stay here again.
