Surfside 84

Love this building! I’ve stayed here several times and the view is fantastic. The location is great because it’s far enough away from the noise of the boardwalk/south oc, but there’s still a lot within walking distance, and it’s close enough to get anywhere else quickly-including the DE beaches and shopping. Also I like that the parking is under the building and there’s an elevator right there. Oh, and the trash chute is surprisingly awesome to have! I’ve never used the pool but it looks well maintained, and poolside is kept beautified with tropical planters. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the no pet policy. Haven’t been able to do a longer family vacation here because of that.

Love the building and location and views the pool. However Unit 30 needs better maintenance. They left a storn door on the deck and it cut my arm. They left the poles for storm awning so you cant use the deck to the max. Couch and 2 chairs were salvation army rejects. Pillows are in need of replacement. Look at renting another unit.

Truly a hidden Ocean City vacation rental gem. First rented unit here in 1995 and besides many remodels inside the condos the ocean view skyline remains unblemished. Each unit has a balcony with ocean view, secure pool available for renters only and feet away from the beach.

I am not totally biased because I own a place at Surfside. This being said, it is a mid-island, ocean front condo. The best of Ocean City if you ask me. Great places too!

Perfect location convenient to everything, and spectacular views/not too busy on the beach. Family, friends, and fun! Buying a unit here!
