Room 208, super clean! Comfortable beds, super close to the beach. Kitchen was fully functional and convenient to save money! Maybe dated, but you're in OCMD, go outside and enjoy yourself. Pool wasnt open this late in the season so no experience there. Lower rating for service bc there was no room service during our stay in October.

I wanted to put out a fair warning to anyone staying at the Surf Inn. My daughter and her boyfriend went for the weekend, leas than 24 hours of being in the room, the AC unit broke. Started beeping, wouldn’t turn on, etc. They called the front desk and was told someone would be by to look at it. They return to the room later that evening and no one came. Went down and spoke to the front desk, who told them someone would be there by 10. Someone comes at 10:30 PM and tells them they broke it from having the door open. They were gone all day at the beach, came back to change and went out to eat and the unit was off while they werent in the room. ||Now they are telling them they are taking the security deposit and they literally did nothing wrong. I feel like they are being taken advantage of

Myself and a group of friends stayed here for a weekend trip to ocean city. My friend booked the trip and paid in advance before we arrived. The day we showed up to check into the inn they claimed that only one day was paid for and that the 2nd day payment was still due. The manager with the accent said to us that this happens a lot to people who have booked on a separate website. My friend used booking.com. THE MOTEL KNOWS THAT THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE! We ended up having to pay 600 dollars extra for a room that was already fully paid for! The stay was terrible. The staff was very rude and uncaring. And the rooms were terrible. Blankets and towels had stains on them. And the connecting door that we wanted for the 2 rooms we had was broken and wouldn't open. Also I'm not sure if it's poste

I would strongly advise not to stay here. They require a 200 dollar security deposit. You are told that they return it in 7 to 10 days. It has been 2 months and I still have not received my refund. Despite speaking to management who states it has been returned and there is nothing they can do. Only stay if you want to be scammed. Absolutely terrible
