SureStay Plus Hotel By Best Western Omaha South

When we check in in the hotel the room, they assigned us, the bathroom was dirty with urine staying on, towel stain. I report to the front desk lady, she assigned another room for me. The second room when we get in, we found no hangers no chair. I report to the front desk lady again and requesting a chair and some hangers. The front desk lady walked with me to another room and ask if I was fine with the 3rd one. I checked the bathroom of the third room, it was clean and I saw there was a gliding chair, so I told her it looks good. Then I told my whole family with two children to move to the room. After we settle down in the third room, we found out there was no smoke detector, Plus the wire was hanging out from the ceiling. I then report to the front desk lady again, but this time that lad

The outside and lobby don't inspire a ton of confidence but the room was quite clean and comfortable, especially the pillows. I'd have rated it 4 stars if my friend hadn't been inexplicably overcharged by $100 and had some difficulty getting it corrected.

Disgusting Hotel I would never recommend it to anyone. Our room smelled like a Toilet. Who ever gave this hotel a great review must have no senses. The lines were stained and the room smelt like a toilet. We had 3 rooms and everyone had issues. They had boards sticking out under the bed where the legs should be which I cut my leg on. If I could rate them a Zero I would.

Not at all impressed. We arrived and the lot was a full of uhall trucks the area was sketchie the lot was dark. We went inside and the attendant was not friendly but just there to do a job. The bed squeezed evey time we moved in the bed. My husband was more worried about waking me up. The place looked to be recently renovated. They have electric car charging but its in the handicap parking space.

The room was musty and had a terrible smell and there was no fan. The bathroom was really small and wasn't super clean. The carpet had some gunk in a couple of places that hadn't been cleaned in our room. The place needs maintenance and we way overpaid for the place. The booking site said queen and we had doubles at best. The staff were nice and I was able to learn more about Presidential families because of the decor. Those are the only two positives.
