Comfort Inn & Suites Bellevue - Omaha Offutt AFB

Staying here for 6 weeks for work. They front desk are always pleasant to talk to. Housekeeper is very nice. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is so much better than staying at extended stay. I would stay here on my own personal time if I'm ever in the area again

Positive: "" Negative: Cleanliness in the room the bathroom had what looked like food or something on the wall and the window white shade had stuff on it as well. The Tv remote didn't work either. I stayed in room 212 I believe or 112 it was on first floor

The Hotel is not very well taken care of. Smells of mold and mildew. Curtains don't close so the streetlight shines in the room all night. No tub, and shower has no handrail and two small strips of non-slip grip. Breakfast was pretty skimpy. No milk, yogurt and no cream cheese for bagels.

The entire 2nd floor smells of weed. I told the front desk a few times about it and they said they would figure it out but nothing ever changed. We stayed at the end of the hallway, in 225, and you could tell whoever was smoking was staying in one of the rooms at the end of the hall (226-230). The smell of weed made it very hard to enjoy the stay or even sleep. Otherwise the pool was enjoyable and a nice temperature and the room was relatively clean. The bed was pretty hard. But the smell of weed ruined the entire stay. First and only time I am taking my family to this Comfort Suites.

It was our anniversary on 2-14-26 (as in yesterday) and when we came back to the hotel, the staff had put candy and balloons in it to celebrate our anniversary. Our room was clean and a HUGE surprise was our room was large. The Breakfast had a large selection including waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, juice, eggs, meat, biscuits & gravy, bread, muffins, bagels, etc. Thank you for a great weekend and THIS is our new favorite place to s5ay.
