Courtyard by Marriott Omaha Bellevue at Beardmore Event Center

Good hospitality location for the wedding party. Rooms were well priced for the area. There is no sit down breakfast just pricey to go options from downstairs area. The shower wasn't the easiest to adjust and because of the open walkin concept floor was always soaked. Id prefer another option. Beds were comfy.

There is a lot of little maintenance issues with the room, got to wiggle the toilet handle, the shower had uneven lines cut throughout and caulking was half coming off. The shower spout plug seem like it was about to disconnect from the wall by using it. In general did not have the most pleasant smell in the room. After waiting an extended period of time to check in (probably reasonably 15 minutes) multiple cleaning staff was coming in and out looking at us and then walking off, no greetings no recognition nothing. The girl at the bar was preoccupied with another customer and when they finished she at least acknowledged us and provided superb customer service. This hotel ended up being my savior on so many levels. I was in town to settle my dads estate whom had recently passed a couple of weeks prior and take care of my mom who had a stroke the next day. Late late one night after a long and stressful day, I asked my sister if she knew of a place in Bellevue. She mentioned this particular hotel. So I took it. Well, not only did it exceed all of my expectations as far as comfort, quiet, cleanliness, amenities (pool, hot tub, washer/dryer, business area, printers, food, drinks, etc) but the staff was outstanding.They were so accommodating as I went week to week of uncertainty about all that I had to get done adn had no time frame of departing. Three week stay. Front desk was very helpful and professional. Room was clean, a/c worked great, shower was nice, and the housekeeper was awesome. Good location, nice gym and pool, even has a fire pit. I had to marked down the bar. The ladies working the bar were very nice, professional and helpful. But only one person working either mornings or evenings...if you order food they go in the back to make it which leaves no one up front to take orders or make drinks. Also, Stevie behind the bar does not know how to use the espresso machine, first night I asked for a latte he said they don't serve coffee at night, next night he said the machine doesn't work...frustrating because when the ladies work the evenings they make me an iced latte. Very nice hotel overall. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The decor is modern and pretty. The rooms were welcoming and clean. The beds and pillows were really comfortable! The only complaint is that the floors in the dining area, lobby, TV areas were never/rarely vacuumed it seemed. Crumbs and debris that was there on day one in certain areas, were still there on day 4. But this would not deter me from giving them a high rating or coming back...just something to improve upon. I would stay here again.
