I believe that Lisa should be the manager MELISSA on the other hand is extremely rude, anyone that called up there that spoke with her said the same thing. I was there for 2 1/2 months she reminded me every single time that she was the MANAGER and reminded me that the hotel was not an apartment, It was in hotel and I get that part. about an hour later, she called and told me, I am not to return to that hotel we’re on the premises for any reason I am not welcome. Worst abominations I have had by far

Stayed there during the first week of December with my family, in the room with three beds. I have three major complaints about the hotel.||The room we booked was advertised as having a third double bed in the room, but it was in fact just a twin. So everyone was cramped on space.||Every evening if someone was using the bathtub, we would get a phone call from the lobby, complaining they had water coming through their ceiling. Our family didn't overfill the bathtub or get water onto the floor, just took a normal bath. They must have some plumbing issue that causes water to leak behind the wall and onto the first floor.||Lastly, after coming back to the hotel on our 2nd day, we noticed the cleaners had been there and made the beds. It was clean staff was friendly but beds were very firm in my opinion. I read reviews saying they were comfortable but really too firm for me to sleep well so if you prefer a slightly softer mattress I would go elsewhere. Other than that the stay was great.

I stayed here for about five or six days during the weekend and winter storm and I must say that miss Lisa just does so much for the hotel. Throughout our stay she was such a great soul to have around! From helping us check in and get settled to making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! She went above and beyond to make sure that we had a safe stay as well! I looked outside one of the days and she was shoveling ice from the parking lot! What an amazing and dedicated worker to have around. Here’s a picture of miss Lisa I took while she was shoveling snow, I hope she doesn’t mind! Thankyou SO MUCH miss Lisa, we will definitely be back!
