SureStay by Best Western Fresno Central

Seems the place has been recently renovated as fixtures, floors decor are clean. Checked in fast after 9 pm. But the room we got had been used and it was undone. Called the front desk and quickly moved us to another room. The attendant was polite and felt sorry for the inconvenience.

Nicely located in Fresno Central with many nearby eateries and restaurants. Cozy room good for business travellers and those making a rest stop at Fresno.

This motel is close to the central area in Fresno. Check-in is quick and efficient. The room is very large with 2 queen beds and 2 bathrooms. Lots of space. There is a fridge but no microwave and no coffee or hot water facility. Coffee is available at the reception (complimentary). Apart from the sometimes loud A/C it is quiet and sleep quality is good. Unlike what many reviews say our room was mostly clean (the floor could be cleaner), the bed was fresh and there was no smell of any kind.

cleaner compared to other motels I've stayed at. Prices were very good. I booked through booking. Bath tub is very slippery. Watch your step. Breakfast was good cereal, oatmeal, Danish, yogurt, milk.

It felt safe enough in an area of town that maybe isn't the best, staff was nice but have to wait at desk for them to show up sometimes, shower was hot and sheets felt clean. For the price, what more do you expect. This place met my minimum expectations. To reiterate what others have been saying though, hard tile floors felt dirty, odd smell in the room, room cleanliness overall not great such as super dusty bathroom vent. Would I stay there again if I had to, yes but, if I could fork up the money, I'd probably stay at the DoubleTree around the corner
