Best Western Plus Fresno Inn

Great location that's central to just about everything in Fresno. The rooms are clean with staff readily available. The service was beyond reproach. Everyone was amazing with genuine smiles and courtesy. I needed help with something and I asked a woman in the lobby about it and she hurried to get everything I needed. I came to find out that she was already off the clock but still at the hotel. She didn't find someone else. She didn't skirt my needs even though she was off. This kind of service is why I will always return to a hotel. From now on, this is the only place I will stay when I'm in town.

This Best Western has a lot going for it. Jonathan, the manager, is always at your service, as is the rest of the staff. The rooms are tasteful and clean. The breakfast is good. The price is reasonable. Thank you Best Western Fresno/ Shaw!

Positive: Location and clean. Negative: Breakfast was not stocked like before. No yogurt or milk. No cream cheese for bagels and not enough toast out. Other times I’ve been here and breakfast is stocked better.

What a fantastic stay! Our room was great, very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We especially want to highlight the breakfast, which was truly exceptional and better than what we've had at many other hotels. We had no issues checking in late, which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return soon!

When we checked into our room we noticed the carpet was very wet in front of the closet. We informed the front desk and were upgraded to a suite. That was a nice gesture. The suite, however, felt cramped (too much furniture in small space) and the room was dark without much light but the biggest turn off was the fitted cover over the sofa and the arms of the chair. You just knew that couch was badly stained which was kind of gross. The mattress was a bit hard, too (sorry don’t mean to sound like Goldilocks and the Three Bears). ||The coffee in the room was very weak. The breakfast room was also too small for the size of the hotel. Then when we went to leave in the morning we found sap all over the hood of our car from the trees that overhang the parking lot!
