Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fresno Airport, an IHG Hotel

Best hotel I've ever stayed in. Very clean and the shower was awsome. Very open and easy to get in and out of. For the price of the room I was shocked to get such a nice place. The service was very friendly and helpful. Wish other hotels were half as pleasant. Highly recommend.

Stayed here on Nov.28. The place itself is very clean, comfortable and new. The breakfast staff was great. The reason for my poor review on the service, is with management. My sister made a reservation via Expedia months before the event we where in town for. Upon arrival we saw the hotel was at capacity with lots of people in the lobby waiting for their rooms. When we went to check in, we where told expedia canceled our reservations. There was no attempt to help us out. I called Expedia to confirm the situation. Expedia still had our reservations as valid. They spoke with management. To which expedia then gave us a refund for "canceling" -something we never did. Manager Suki said morning staff had taken the call and he could do nothing about it anyway. Great location to lots of amenities and spots around town. In many of the times we come to Fresno for a variety of reasons, we like coming here as the hotel is very new, rooms are very clean, and the complimentary breakfast is quite good compared to other hotels. The price is very budget friendly as well, so that is a massive plus! The layout of the parking lot also seems to keep cars safer, although I have no stats to prove that. Overall, we will be back in the future to stay here!

They have an excellent team! Each encounter with different staff members were all very friendly, respectful and willing to help in anything. The front desk ladies were so nice, they asked about our trip and asked us if we needed anything and if they could do better in any service. The breakfast was actually one of the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had. The lady preparing breakfast greeted every person that walked into the Sebring area. She was singing and in just such a good mood. I felt so welcomed! I think her name was Violeta! I loved her energy and her way to interact with others. The rooms were so clean. No stains in the blankets, the bathroom smelled clean. The entire room was super clean! I would totally stay again!

February 22nd 2026 .Well mostly it was very loud and uncomfortable, but that was only due to a biker club that happened to be staying here the same weekend. They were having a very loud biker party with their own personal DJ in the parking lot and then decided to rev up all their motorcycle engines really loud for a while before they headed out at 9:30, most likely to some bar somewhere, and then later on at about 12:30 they all came back and decided to continue the party in the parking lot again. Could not sleep with all the noise from their motorcycles and music. Very rude and disrespectful to all the patrons in the hotel. There were about 30 bikes total which makes 30 rooms that were being rented that evening. The hotel itself was very clean and new and the staff were very nice, helpful
