DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Fresno Convention Center

This is right next to the Convention Center, which is what we needed. The lobby is beautiful and the room was super clean. The staff was incredibly friendly. They asked if we wanted a lower or upper floor during checkin and I thought that was great because nobody has ever asked that before. My young daughter asked for a high floor and they gave us a room at the top. Warm cookies and warm smiles are the best! Would definitely recommend!

I was torn about what star rating to give this place so I decided to review it without the location in mind.||Despite the location, which I will address at the end of my review, this is a nice hotel. When you walk into the lobby is updated. There’s a beautiful waterfall and nice modern bar. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and very kind. Parking is free and immediately outside the front door of the hotel making it very convenient and easy to bring in your bags.||The only rooms that were left available was a Murphy bed type room. I thought it was going to be small but was surprised it was actually a decent size compared to what I expected. There are two sinks so one person is able to shower while the other person gets ready outside of the bathroom. This is always a nice touch.||Ho

Positive: The staff are amazing Negative: 1. Ice machine was broken on my floor. 2. room next to me had food from room service left outside for 2 plus days. 3. onsite hotel amenities shop and starbucks always seemed to be closed. 4. spout for the shower did not work correctly

We had a comfortable stay at the DoubleTree in Fresno. The hotel itself was clean, and well maintained, and the staff were professional and welcoming. One memorable moment was at night from our 6th-floor window. We watched what felt like millions of crows flying past. It was incredible to witness. My 10-year-old was a little startled at first, but we ended up researching it together and turning it into a spontaneous nature lesson. We later noticed artwork of crows in the bathroom, which felt like a thoughtful coincidence. The immediate area around the hotel felt a bit rough, but inside the hotel we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, a solid stay with a unique and memorable moment.🐦‍⬛

Best hotel in Fresno. Friendly staff along with security guards outside so very safe. 5 stars goes to the bartender Jeff whose been here for many years and he always goes above and beyond for me every time I order food and drinks
