Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Fresno North/Shaw Avenue

Very nice hotel. Excellent customer service. Very friendly check in experience. Front desk night time girl was professional and kind. Clean rooms and comfortable. Breakfast with Ms Bertha’s kitchen was fantastic. Multiple options to choose from each day. She’s so kind and accommodating. Thank you for a great stay 😊 Note for EVs. No Tesla charger, it’s just the EV connect kind. And it’s around the back of the building. Not well lit. Still great hotel and worthy of all 5 stars ⭐️

I do not have luck with Marriotts this trip. Quite big and clean room, but old laundry and limited breakfast - mini-burgers, something with spinach (didn't try), hot oatmeal and waffles (pretty good). Also yougurt and a lot of toppings (I guess for waffles and oatmeal).However, when we needed extra large towels, we received it - nice. I have not noticed any noice in the room.

This hotel is very good. It is clean. The staff is friendly. The breakfast in the morning is adequate. The rooms are clean and modernized. There is a small area where to buy snacks in the lobby. This hotel has parking in the back. It also has parking in front that you share with a Denny's restaurant. Considering that there are really no luxury hotels in Fresno, this hotel provides a decent experience with a comfortable place to sleep. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

I want to recognize Tony at the front desk for truly going above and beyond. When I arrived, the interaction with the staff member before him was disappointing and not very welcoming. Tony completely turned that experience around. He made me feel genuinely welcomed, acknowledged my Marriott Gold Elite status, and took the time to accommodate me with professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. His customer service was outstanding and reminded me why I stay loyal to Marriott properties. Tony is a true asset to this Fairfield Marriott, and I hope management recognizes the level of service he provides. Experiences like this make a real difference.

Great place to stay in the area. Staff is very friendly and everything is clean. We didn't specify a floor, but would probably want the second floor next time. Room was fine. Sadly, the shower body cleanser was either overly watered-down or just not good at all so bring your own.
