SureStay by Best Western Cambridge

With one exception, I really liked this hotel. Conveniently located just off the interstate. Parking was free and plenty of it. The lady at check-in was wonderful. Friendly, made suggestions for dinner, we had booked on-line and when we found out the elevator was not working, she offered to change our rooms so my mom would not have to walk upstairs. She was a gem! The room itself was spacious and comfortable. It includes a mini refrigerator. The Wi-Fi was fine. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. My only issue was the bathroom. The shower was very unappealing. It seemed like maybe they had redone the entire room and started to work on the shower and then just left it. I don't think it was dirty. Room 214 needs to be re-caulked as there is mold in the shower. Breakfast typical of hotels. Eggs/sausage/potatoes. Gym has dumbbells which is a win but the elliptical makes a weird noise. Overall, ok stay.

This place was a breathe of fresh air- after getting to the area later than anticipated on our roadtrip, I was frantic noticing most of the hotels in the area either had reviews with bed bugs or didn’t allow cats. I’m use to many best westerns also not accepting pets/cats so when I called and they did I was very relieved. The young man at the front desk was so kind and friendly upon checking in, the hotel was clean and adequately up to date, the AC worked well, the shower pressure/heat were perfect and the price couldn’t be beat ($99 with tax- even the pet fee was only $35 while many other hotels of similar cleanliness charge upwards of $50-75$). The rooms were also properly sound proofed because I swear I didn’t hear anyone from inside the room existing outside of it. Exactly what we nee

It's clean enough for now (2025). The pool was closed down in July, and the coffee machine went out. The front doors didn't open and close properly, so the whole place was muggy. They are really trying, tho. Give it a shot if you want a discounted place. If that's your goal, you'll be happy enough.
