Baymont by Wyndham Cambridge

The rooms are clean. Mine had an odd smell, I just went to walmart and bought some air sanitizer and sprayed it in the room, no biggie. The bed is hard, I'm not complaining just not what I'm used to. The staff is wonderful. The gentleman at the front desk is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Positive: Layout and accessibility to freeway and dining locations. Negative: Room was lower grade than was indicated; pool water was clean, but the tile around the top was extremely dirty.

We booked due to the reasonable rate and no pet fee. We arrived to find ducks, duck feces and trash on the sidewalk outside of our room. The room smelled smokey, even though we booked a non-smoking room. The chair in the room was worn, the desk was wobbly and one of the white lampshades had yellow stains. There was a dehumidifier in the room Since we wer only staying one night we tried to make a go of it, but the smokey smell only got worse. We requested a room change, but was told it was too late. Once we turned on the a/c it seemed to somewhat improve. One side of the bed mattress collapsed so that I thought I would fall off onto the floor. The tub faucet nearly fell off when we lifted the shower handle. As we left in the morning, we noticed the Red Roof sign outside was falling

This place is in need of serious renovations to be nice again. The rooms are pretty gross. It has stains on the walls of the room, the bathroom is described as though the bathtub may fall through the floor by my wife. Also the hotubt in the pool area is filled in and no longer there. Honestly just go to a Holliday inn and sleep comfortably.

Had a wonderful amazing experience here, very professional staff and manager. Got the upgrade on my room and absolutely mind blowing. It was a much needed hot tub suite. Breakfast is exceptionally good and well stocked. Hotel follows ADA procedure for service dog accommodations without questions or issue. Parking is plentiful and we'll lit easy access. Wish we could come here again on a regular basis.
