Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cambridge by IHG

We had an exceptional stay there. There were 3 of us and a service dog. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Nathan at the front desk. The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious and the amenities very nice. The lobby was beautifully decorated. The breakfast was very good.

This is a good clean hotel with wonderful staff at the front desk. It's about 1/3 mile off of the interstate so there was no noise from the highway. We had a nice room on the 3rd floor. The bed was comfortable and there was a small fridge in the room. There is a pool & hot tub on the 1st floor. They looked inviting but we didn't have time to use them. A free breakfast was included. The coffee machines were a bit different than other hotels - push button machines with Costa coffee. I was skeptical about how the coffee would taste but it was very good. At check-in, we were give free cookies. The front desk staff can give you restaurant recommendations. We took their advice & tried a local restaurant called The Forum. Our meals were good & reasonably priced.

Absolutely love this hotel!!! So close to Hwy. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady Birdgit super friendly and very helpful!! Love the new coffee machine!! Coffee and hot water 24 hours live the options on the hot breakfast and has options for grab and go!! Love having a mini bar with micro wave and mini fridge. The fall colors are amazing and very close to Cambridge down town for a cute downtown vibe and the Dickens experience!!

We really appreciated the cleanliness of this hotel and the fresh appearance with friendly staff. We were stopping overnight while traveling home with 2/3 of our party sick. Rest was readily available and there was an ACTUAL CRIB provided for my sick baby who slept so well as opposed to the hard and uninviting pack n plays we have been offered elsewhere. Thank you for being a much needed breath of fresh air while traveling home !

Stayed at this location on 10.10.2025 and 10.11.2025. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, hot showers, and a good selection of breakfast items. This hotel hasn't been upgraded and remodeled yet so the rooms still have a cozy feel to them. KUDOS to Cassie, Sarah and Tiara for their hospitality and engaging conversations during my recent visit. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
