SureStay by Best Western Buena Park Anaheim

I stay with many Best Westerns over the years I've never had any issues. What day was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel of any kind. First after a long day at the theme park we tried to come and take showers to be ready for the next day. I am a party of four in a two bedroom and they only give us two towels we call him and asked for extra towels and they tell us they don't have any we have to wait till housekeeping comes in late tomorrow morning. I am very understanding so I can make it work. Second we go to lay down and the bedding is dirty. We called the office to notify them they tell us they cannot provide us new bedding apparently I should be checking my beds when I get to my room not before I lay down. We cannot even get clean sheets to sleep worst experience ever

I had a mixed experience at this hotel, where the room cleanliness and bed quality were high points, but the lack of basic amenities was frustrating. The room itself felt reasonably clean, including the floor, sheets, towels, and bathroom. The bed featured a memory foam mattress that was very comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the large size of the room and the good outlet placement right next to the bed. The Wi-Fi was reliable throughout my stay. Regarding the bathroom, there was ample hot water, though the water pressure was only average. I did notice that the water was a little bit slow to drain in both the sink and the bathtub. I came here with my boyfriend for our Disney trip and it was relatively close to the park but also super close to many shopping stores and food spots nearby. Check in process was quick and the front desk guy was very friendly. The property was quiet during our stay and everything looked like the pictures, we will definitely return again!

The plusses: Convenient location, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and there was ample parking. The deficits: Bare bones amenities: No alarm clock in the room, no decor on the walls, and no lamps ..only harsh overhead lighting. Just one single-user coffee packet in the room for two guests. We had a wheelchair-accessible room, and there was no bathroom counter, only a very tiny sink with no place to set a toothbrush etc. No towel racks whatsoever....I had to hang my towels on the grab bar next to the toilet! The "breakfast" was nothing but coffee, juice, white bread with jam and butter, and a few tiny pastries. Positive: The 2nd person at the front desk was wonderful! Very professional, kind and respectful. Negative: The person at front desk the first night was rude and unhelpful. The TV didn't work either.
