Days Inn by Wyndham Buena Park

We booked this room because it was close to Knottsberry Farm. Terrible experience. We got there and the system was down so we couldn't get a room key. The front desk walked us down. The front Door barely locked was broken. Couldn't sleep all night because of noice all around and a broken elevator. Got up to have breakfast, hardly Breakfast and all was stale! Place was just creepy and felt unsafe!

Keep in mind, this is a budget hotel. It is not meant to be luxurious. If you are booking this hotel you most likely looking for value, not luxury. With that being said, it was a very average stay. When I went to check in they told me that the room they had reserved for me had flooded, no big deal they can't control that. The guy at the front desk told me that they would either downgrade me to a one bed room (I had four people total), or I would need to talk to the third party platform I booked through to get a refund. Being that we had just driven over 6 hours to get there and were not in the mood to find accomodations elsewhere I was frustrated. After going back and forth I finally just said "I just need a room with two beds..." He went back and was able to find me a room to accomodate

I had a fantastic stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Buena Park! From the moment I checked in, the staff was professional, making the whole process quick and easy. The location couldn’t be better—just minutes away from Knott’s Berry Farm, Disneyland, and plenty of dining options. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, the bathroom spotless, and I appreciated the little touches like fresh towels and toiletries. It felt safe and quiet, which made it easy to unwind after a busy day. One of the highlights was the pool and hot tub area—perfect for relaxing in the evening. Parking was free and convenient, which is a huge plus in this area. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for the price. It’s affordable without cutting

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The hotel room was dirty, there was rust everywhere, the shower head was decaying and rotting as well as the faucet for the tub / sink faucet! It smelt so bad from the rotting metal. I don't know how they don't catch that when cleaning the room, If they even did clean it. There was hair everywhere and holes in the dressers and walls. The location of it is in a busy area, which made me feel okay I guess. I had to put the table and chairs in front of the door because random people were knocking on the doors and rattling my handle. There was a homeless man smoking a crackpipe on the 3rd floor knocking on doors asking for shoes and looking inside the rooms. How scary! If I could get a refund, I'd take that refund. Never EVER will I go to this hotel again

We recently stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham Anaheim West and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, and the room was well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable. The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. The only thing that could make the experience even better is the breakfast selection. It would be great if they could add hot options like eggs and pancakes to give guests more variety in the morning. Overall, it’s a clean and convenient place to stay in Anaheim, and we would consider staying here again.
