Best Inn & Suites Buena Park

Positive: Location-location... LOCATION, owners were very nice and accommodating, maid service prompt, excellent pool, facilities well maintained. All 10's with a bathroom remodel Negative: Some guest might not like the condition of the bathroom (in our unit). It was in bad shape, many tile repairs, door was delaminating. Very well aged but usable - Section 8 housing all the way. Anyone looking for 4 OR 5 star hotel might not be happy.

Yes its conveniently located but the room we stayed in was not very clean. The bed was made but had 3 different types of hair in it, along with cigarette burn holes in the already stained sheets. Every wall had at least a couple different stains including on ceiling where they was a nice shooting star shaped stain of mysterious brown liquid. Bathroom was fine besides the yellow shower curtain and the sink that leaked water on to the floor. The property was fine but not enough parking by any means. Overall was fine but we did feel the need to disinfect the room. If it was just a little bit cleaner it would be a five star for me.

This was a really nice room for the money. Spacious, comfortable beds, wall decor, extra coffee packets, cups, tubes of shampoo, body wash, and lotion. Sink separate from bathroom, full-length mirror, desk and swivel chair, overstuffed chair, lamps for soft lighting, tv, microwave, and good-sized refrigerator. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because no breakfast is included, and the shower didn't work properly. (Water kept pouring from the tub faucet so the shower pressure wasn't great...but most likely that was just that particular shower and wouldn't be the case in all rooms.) Great location across the street from Knotts and close to shopping. Highly recommended.

Share same impressions as other guests already added. Can't beat the price for location and amenities provided. Yes, the room might need a little fix up but I was not bothered. Everything worked as it should. The highlights are the staff being sniper friendly and the location to Knotts. I was wondering about the gym room. But, hey! 15k steps can be easily done outside. Will definitely go again soon, next summer.

First of all, the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. My daughter and I were staying one night as we had an event on Friday night and another the next morning, and we didn't want to drive home and get up early the next day. Check in was easy and our room was on the first floor. It did not look like any of the photos on their website. The room was clean but the furniture was dated. One of the lamps could only be turned on by screwing the light bulb in and out. The bed was very soft; my daughter had no problem sleeping but I found it difficult. The parking was pretty full and I was happy to find a parking spot close to our room. We could hear people talking outside for quite a while (not the fault of the hotel.) I did get a good room rate and the location was good if you were
