Super Lodge

I came here from out of state visiting different cheap hotels in this area and came across supermodel. The owners charged me for a television and the key deposit was understandable but also there where roaches i got bitten up and rats ate my food , you could here them all night chewing away. I will hate for the city to ask for license for some of the work done there, because talking to some they have admitted to doing work for prices off the room. If I could give zero stars I would. I would not advise anyone out of state to rent from here.

This was the most unsafe and unprofessional hotel experience I have ever had. When I first arrived, the staff refused to give me a room key unless I paid extra money. Even after paying, the key finally worked but the door lock was defective — anyone could have pushed it open. This put my safety in serious danger. Inside the room, there was no television as advertised, and when I asked, I was told it would also cost extra money. On top of that, the room had roaches (I have photo evidence). During my stay, I was threatened on the property, which made me feel my life was at risk. With the lack of security and the unsafe door, I did not feel protected at all. To make matters worse, I was missing valuables, and management failed to address it. Instead, they charged me more money and refused

This place was gross, no bathroom fan, mold painted over, stunk like fresh paint, used daily to cover up mess people leave on walls, creepy people hag around your door when you go to the store or anywhere……. Never again.

This place is absolutely disgusting first off she accepted my service animal and then requested $25 a night then knew we had 4 people because she asked at check in and gave us a bed with 1 queen bed & the first room the owner showed us they had a man painting right out front of it he had to move out of the way in order for her to show the room once she opened the door the AC was falling out of the window, it was filthy and the mattress was sunk in the middle the room looked like it wasn’t cleaned in 15 years then when I asked for a refund the lady said that I had to wait for her “boss” for 30 minutes and in the meantime showed us 2 other rooms this time double bed rooms the first double bed room was filthy it had trash on the floor and looked like someone was just living in it full time wi

Owner is incredibly rude and unprofessional. No tv in the room. Broken ceiling, broken tiles on the floor. Cobwebs everywhere and the bed was broken. Unfortunately we had to stay here because it was late at night and it's not the safest area. They had another room open directly next to us, but for whatever reason couldn't let us use it. This place is a dump
