Home2 Suites by Hilton Dover, DE

Another fantastic Home2 suites. There was plenty of good food to be had for breakfast and they had bananas, pears, and apples for snacking. I always love the coffee every morning. Usually by 6:00 a.m. I am down in the main area filling my cup. It is delicious! Everyone there was helpful and courteous and excellent parking and location in town. Two thumbs up!

Stayed 2 nights while attending a cycling event as it was the closest to the start of the event. Room was clean, beds nice, towels good, staff friendly. We had an issue with contactless check in as it didn’t work so we had to go to the front desk. Then the keys he gave us didn’t work so that was frustrating. Our tv didn’t work but someone came and fixed it quickly. Breakfast was only so so. Coffee was not hot. Choices overall were adequate.

Drove all the way from Maine. Was looking to possibly get a room. The automatic doors at the entrance we're not working, and no one was opening them.. My son had to use the restroom so fortunately we were able to manually open the sliding door enough for him to get in and your gentleman working the counter told my son he considers that breaking and entering, and to leave the property now. 8-hour drive, doors not working with no sign on them. I will never try one of your hotels again.

Room is great and clean but I had an issue in housekeeping, I understand they just do every other day housekeeping but I checked in Monday and I got my room cleaned and replenished Saturday. Even in requested I want it daily housekeeping. Unacceptable 6 days of no housekeeping.
