This place upcharges for even the most simple accommodations. The beds arent comfy and they dont even have comforters on them. Its like the thinnest quilt ive ever seen. Never in my life have I had to pay anything extra for continental breakfast? And theyre trying to charge 16$ for that here, despite us being told at check in that breakfast was... continental. You have to buy breakfast coupons if you want to utilize this service, ive genuinely never seen anything like it. You could literally go get REAL actually nice breakfast for the amount they are charging. Its not like the breakfast options were unique or good. Literally a rip off and I wish we had stayed somewhere else. Theres a lot of hotels in the area, stay somewhere else, seriously. 0/10 stars.

I travel for work and stay all over... the breakfast that Lisa creates and Carla serves is top notch... it's the reason I've been coming back. The service here is friendly, welcoming. Plus the lobby has a nice fireplace that's great. This is a fantastic place to stay. Thanks Lisa and Carla!

Best stay my wife and I had ever had in a hotel. Room was clean and quiet. Food was Super, very good prices and best of all the staff were so great. Very friendly and went out of their way to help you. Girls at front desk were so pleasant and friendly. Brian in magement was great and Serenity at the front desk was a pleasure to have met. Going back again next time. Keep up the great work everybody 👏 👍

People are so friendly and always there to help you out. Great food, servers are super. Clean rooms and very quite. The girls at the desk are SOOOO friendly. If you get in the morning, you will probably deal with serenity. Such a sweetheart. Let's go San Fran from a Dallas Fan LOL
