we stayed 4/26-4/28, it was dirty and nasty. moldy food, empty pool and the manager/owner are liars. It was full of us bikers (at the Leesburg Bikefest) but these DOTHEADS who run it are very dirty and nasty. They do not care and anyone staying there. The owner pulled a mattress out of a room, and hosed it down and drag it back to the room. Will never stay there again.
Perfectly fine hotel stay, but I'm a businessman, not a biker. Room was clean and quiet. Free breakfast was exceptional, cereal, toast, waffles, coffee, milk, juice. No complaints at all and only about $60. I'd stay there again.
