The HUB Leesburg - MH & RV Park

Nice quiet little place with a 1950s Florida flavor. The roads are rutted but passable even in a 38ft motorhome. The facilities are adequate and clean. The staff is friendly and willing to help. The only drawback I see is a need for downed tree removal and a little sprucing up. We stayed here for one month and will return when in the area.

***BEWARE**** THIS IS OWNED BY A SLUM LORD!! WE WERE FORCED TO MOVE BC WE HAD GONE 17 DAYS WITHOUT ELECTRICITY AND THE MANAGER AND OWNER DECIDED THEY WEERE GOING TO ASK FOR RENT MONEY , WHILE WE EVEN HAD SEWAGE LEAKING ON THE GROUND , MY PARTNER HAS TO BE ON A LIFE SAVING MACHINE AND ALL THEY DID WAS RUN AN EXTENSION CORD FOR US TO HOOK HER MACHINE UP TOO. THEY DID THIS JUST ABOUT A YR AGO( IN APRIL) WE PAID OUR RENT ON TIME NEVER LATE OR ANYTHING AND COME TO FIND OUT THE MANAGER CHARGED US DEPOSITS THAT WERE NOT REQUIRED AND DID SOMETHING WITH THE MONEY. ONE OF THE OWNERS WENT AND JUST TOOK HUS NAME OFF THE DEED , THEY OWE OVER 250K IN BACK TAXES AND CANT AFFORD TO PAY IT SO THE PROPERY IS GON A BE IN FORCLOSURE SOON

The hub is a bit difficult to locate but it is right off of US 27 giving a traveler easy access to major highways. The oak trees which are found throughout the park grants relief from the Florida sun. The park is quaint but each RV spot is huge meaning your rig and ancillary vehicles have plenty of room. Staff is very accommodating and takes pride in the property. Clean bathrooms and laundry facilities

Beautiful and Surprisingly Serene. Gated Adult Park tucked secretly in a very bustling and growing area. Close to Grocery Stores, Fast Foods, Salons, and many other lil shops. State Recreation Complex with Hiking; ALL with in 4 miles. Corona has put a major hold on a lot of the renovations that are going on here. The owner from Australia is back now and moving Heaven and Earth to turn this little Park into a little Oasis. I believe the management of the property is done by Maria and Jay who are phenomenal Park managers with excellent communication skills an amazing upkeep of this little Paradise. And now I get to live here so happy to be home!

Been there for 2 weeks and they make you feel right at home wonderful park manager and the maintenance people keep the place beautiful just want to say thank you for the opportunity to stay there with you
