The hotel clean and the staff is friendly. Demetrius made some wonderful cookies for greeting incoming guests. Th building is off by itself far from other shops or businesses. But it looks like there is some additional development happening nearby. The room was priced well, clean and the kitchen was nice. There's a good tasty breakfast provided each morning But the alarm clock was an hour off, I didn't see a way to set it right. The door handle needed tightening and the TV was unplugged. It was a king size bed and the side I normally sleep on was soft compared to the center or opposite side. So I slept over there. Last little thing is the shower is big, a walk in without a door. The controls are near the opening and there's no grab bar near the shower head to steady oneself when scrubbing

Positive: Everything was spectacular the gym was super equipped the breakfast was amazing everyday different the room was super clean and well equipped this is my favorite spot now. Negative: I can’t find anything negative about this beautiful hotel

I left a jewelry bag in our room The housekeeper turned it in to the manager and it was returned to me. Many thanks to Elvis, the manager, and the house keeping staff for their honesty and integrity. The breakfast staff is, also, excellent. We have stayed here several times and will return.

BEWARE OF UNFAIR BILLING PRACTICES! MAINTENANCE WORKER ENTERED MY ROOM WHEN I WAS IN THE SHOWER WITH DND TAG ON DOOR. First of all, I pre-paid my room using my points because I am a Titanium Elite member, when I asked if there was an upgrade available, I was never told that additional points would be deducted accordingly. The upgrade is a benefit that is offered from being a Titanium Elite member. Now a week later, I found that I was charged an extra 21,000 points and this was NEVER disclosed to me - at any time verbally or in writing. It’s not even on the hotel receipt. It’s only evident in the Marriott app. Also, I had NOT put in a service ticket AND I had the do not disturb sign on the door, as I was leading an online meeting, The maintenance man repeatedly knocked at the door and whe

This was the perfect stay for our mini Christmas getaway to Mount Dora, FL. We are loyal to the Marriott brand and it is easy to see why! They have comfortable bedding, but most importantly, this location has amazing employees! One that stood out more than others was Deni (Aka DJ). Deni is full of Christmas Spirit and made our stay extra comfortable. She put a smile on our face from the moment we checked in to the moment we got settled! Thank you for the extra pillows!! Deni needs a raise. She represented the company exactly the way they needed to be represented. Courteous, kind, and generous. She gave us information regarding the lights of Mount Dora too.
