The Bungalows on Lake Griffin

We just returned from an amazing stay at The Bungalows on Lake Griffin, and it is officially our new favorite getaway! From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. The bungalow itself was spotless, stylish, and newly renovated with a full kitchen — perfect for a comfortable weekend escape. One thing that really impressed us was the complimentary boat slip and trailer parking that comes with your bungalow rental. It made bringing our boat so easy and convenient. Just let them know when you book, and they have everything arranged. The property is absolutely gorgeous — a quiet three-acre oasis with tons of wildlife, lush Florida scenery, and unforgettable sunsets over Lake Griffin. Wow. I can't believe we found this gem. Perfect place to unplug. We enjoyed exploring Mount Dora, Winter Garden, and going to Mass at the Basilica of Mary. Also, a glass bottom boat ride at Silver Springs park. But the best part was waking up to the lake and sitting in the quiet on the enclosed porch with a cup of coffee and a good book. We plan to come back next year. Thank you!

This is our second time staying at the bungalows. Both times have been fantastic. It's just so quiet and peaceful. There's a private boat ramp and dock so we bring the boat and have a great time. The host have been wonderful and accommodating both times and you can't beat the price.

We are a retired senior couple and throughly enjoyed our stay. It was just what we were looking for. We relaxed on the porch every morning enjoying the water views and birds and after a day of exploring the area, we spent our evenings sitting outside enjoying the scenery and sunsets. The Bungalows are very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything thing you need. Amy and her husband are great hosts and very accommodating. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bungalows on Lake Griffin! Amy was a great host and the view over the lake is amazing. Great sunsets, stargazing, and lots of wildlife! Enjoyed spending time on the dock and lounging in the screened patio. There was no cleaning, host or service fees. Overall amazing value for the price!
