Super 8 by Wyndham St. Louis North

Positive: I like that it had smoking rooms Negative: sign said doors would be locked between 10pm and 6am (accessible with our key), we arrived back at the hotel after midnight, doors wide open, and about a dozen people hanging out in the parking lot with several more in the lobby; thin walls

Stay there last night left 11 AM this morning with bites all over me went back to ask them if they would check their room to make sure there was no spiders or bedbugs before I went to the doctors because I wanted to make sure it was not a spider bite where I wouldn’t get sick and get affection. The owner was very rude and disrespectful so we don’t have these issues. Well I came in your hotel with no bumps all over my body. No nothing I stayed in your hotel because of my job and all I did was come and ask you please check and see before it went wasting money. They’re going to the doctor and you were very disrespectful and every hotel can have this issue now I’m just hotels house could have the issue issue anywhere could have the issue I mean people stay in hotels millions of people so you n

My experience at the Super 8 is good. I have no complaints. I've enjoyed my stay here. The people at the front desk was very helpful. Anyone would enjoy their stay as well.

Had an extended stay and despite their low amount of occupants, they repeatedly placed other people in rooms right next door with paper-thin walls. Peaceful quiet nights sleep were few and far between thanks to them repeatedly placing obnoxiously loud occupants directly next door. I don't know the reason for this tactic but a hotel that has at least 60 rooms yet only and average of 8 cars in the parking lot on any given night has no acceptable reason to pile occupants right on top of others. There's plenty of rooms available to space them far enough apart so we are not being woke up in the middle of the night by the melodic sounds of couples banging or someone in the other room playing their music at full blast. An overall horrible stay.

The Guest Laundry was down because no washer. I was told there were no towels until 8am in the morning, when it was evening. Cigarette butts everywhere outside. Spare tire laying in parking lot. Elevator button glitchy, doesn’t always wanna work. Do Not Go Here!!!
