Super 8 by Wyndham St. Louis Airport

The toilet seat was stained with feces, shower curtain was also stained with ashes. The bed sheet had hole from people putting their burning cigarettes on the bed. The coffee maker wasn’t working at all and the breakfast didn’t have many options and the limited options that they did have for breakfast weren’t really good. They give you bread, bagels and muffins that are more than a day old. The person working at the front desk isn’t very polite and he is a liar. When I asked why your coffee maker in the room wasn’t working he said that you can come get coffee in the breakfast area 24/7 but everyday he closed that area at 9:00 am and I wouldn’t be able to enter. I would NEVER book this hotel ever AGAIN.

So I booked thru the super 8 representative hotline and paid for the room and early check in fee, coming to $100.71. I get to the hotel and the front desk lady didn't honor my already paid for early checking and charged an extra $40.00 for that. And apparently if you have any body, such as your wife, that your staying with, the price is 15.00 a head for any guest. "She doesn't allow guest". So with that and the incidentals my total was right at $200.00 for 1 night. This place is not worthy of that amount whatsoever. It's a very dirty place that hasn't had any attention given to its upkeep. Had to sleep with the lights on to keep cockroaches away. The front desk lady is rude and and I feel I been scammed. I will never be back here. Huge mistake

Stay away from this place the breakfast area has a sign that it has been closed by the health department I ordered a non-smoking room and I received a room that wreaked of smoke so I decided to smoke my weed in there since nobody cares about anything. Oh so when I entered my room the pillows were on the floor and the sheets were to one side as if somebody had taken a nap in here earlier. And yet they have the balls to ask for a $200 deposit.

Positive: it was available, now I know why. Negative: Desk clerk was very rude, threatened me after I asked him to document the damages in the room before we stayed in the room. broken dresser, bathroom door knob falling offall the furniture had large scratches and gouges. does not like service dog.

They’re nice but I booked on Orbitz. On there it says all kinds of nice things you would expect at any other Super 8. This one doesn’t even have a working television. The lobby is a construction zone. The mini split kicks off by itself almost like someone has a remote to it that is outside of my room. The neighbors are super loud. I have to wake up early at 5 AM and am a light sleeper, that’s why I need the fan on that keeps turning off. When it turns off all I hear is a drunk girl complaining loudly… Got popped with a surprise deposit when I got here. The carpets are scary but there’s rolls of carpet all over downstairs so they must plan on replacing them sometime? I would be absolutely shocked if there’s breakfast like what was promised on Orbitz. Doesn’t look promising seeing how there
