Super 8 by Wyndham Shawnee

You get what you pay for I guess, but they make you feel like an inconvenience instead of a paying guest. They don't have those little coffee pots either like every other hotel does, even the cheaper ones, & you can't go get coffee from the office because the stop making it at 9 am when they put their cereal flakes, sorry, I mean "continental breakfast"

I don't know why I decided to ignore the bad reviews. Just don't book here. They are rude & don't even bother bringing your service animal. they don't care that it's ilegal to treat them as pets and that it is ilegal to not accommodate appropriately. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time here.

Gross, live roaches running everywhere, dead roaches in the room meaning nobody obviously cleaned it. Dead roaches in the sheets. Sheets were stained yellow. Absolutely disgusting

Positive: Nothing Negative: Unacceptable Staff that lied about finding dog hair in room that argued with me, threatened to call cops, no dogs we?re in the room; live roach in the shower; little food for (3 tiny muffins, 2 cereal options)

Well, I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had checking into a motel got checked in baggage unloaded turn on the lights and I have plenty of other guests. I did not want to share my room with… They tried to find me another room without cockroaches and ants, but the other two rooms they had the same problem Would I recommend staying here???? NEVER Then the gentleman at the front desk was so rude like I was the one in the wrong and suggested I leave the property nice solution Customer service is not high on their list
