FireLake Hotel

I will start this off with the staff was great. Great location . Our downfall was 1. Our tv didn't work 2. Our A/C would only work for like 5 mins and shut off. Was SO HOT! 3. Water coming out of tube was brown. Had to run for about 5 mins before showering. About 1am we had to switch rooms due to this issue. ( when our t.v. worked in our new room not very many options at all to choose from ) Daughter had an early softball game so she didnt get much sleep due to this. Staff was very attentive though. Just didnt think we'd have these kind of issues with such a new hotel.

This place is great. The price is amazing. I stayed in a single king and the bed was so comfortable. The rooms are huge. Cleaner than any other places in Shawnee. And the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The bath tub is absolutely huge. I'm a large man and don't get to take baths often because of tub sizes. I was practically swimming in their tub. I'm definitely staying here again and again

I cannot express how amazing everybody is at this casino and hotel. Anna, Jessica, Sherrie the manager. Security guard Fixico… The entire housekeeping staff. Literally everybody. The best casino and resort I have ever been to. 💕

Fantastic hotel rooms are so clean and the amenities are incredible, I love that it's tucked away and off from the busy highway so you don't hear as much road noise

Best room I’ve stayed in!! Room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom- the bathroom!! The bathroom is big and the tub is better than the tub I have in my bathroom at home!!! Will definitely be staying here again. And they give tribal members a discount
