If you want to go full degen with a touch of class than you will love Grand Casino! Staff was pleasant and helpful. RTP here stands for "Return To Provider" 😂 Slots were a little tighter than spandex on a polar bear but the selection was plentiful. The location was a little out of the way but this is all relative to where you live. Id still come by and play while passing through just because the staff was pleasant.

The casino security is absolute joke. My phone fell out of my pocket and quickly realized I must have been at the slot machine I was at I went back to get. Come to find out it was gone, so I proceed to tell security and they tell me someone will turn it into lost and found. I wait about 30 minutes and nothing, so I proceed to plead with them to check the cameras and after about 30 minutes they come back to me and tell and “white crackhead” took it and hopped in a white sedan. I asked if they got a plate number and they couldn’t supposedly. The whole experience was extremely frustrating, due to the fact that I felt like they didn’t care. What kind of establishment allows people who they consider crackheads to roam about.

The rooms and casino floor are great! They give you ample room to play and move around. Not cram as many machines as they possibly can into not enough space. The rooms are nice as well. The location is a bit out of the way for me, but is probably great if you live in OKC.

Rooms looked great but I didnt stay. Staff were super friendly though in the gift shop. Front desk could use some friendly customer service experience. One lady looked annoyed. The “Grand Ballroom” was kind of small, well really small, like could only do small events. Considering the amount of money spent on building this, I feel the “Grand Casino” should have a “Grand Ballroom” or “Event” area. I could see my company hold events here as a destination location. If they had an event center large enough to host 1-2k people

Beautiful place - parking is weird. I haven't won a jackpot in 4/5 years. Can't win anything over $300. Can't win my bet in a bonus. I have never gotten a hotel comp no matter how much I lose and I'm a silver card member.
