Shawnee RV Park

NOT A PASSPORT... AVOID... AVOID...AVOID We LITERALLY were on the side of an EXTREME dusty road going into what I assume is the actual park which is honestly a parking lot. We were dusted every time a car went by (which was A LOT) and surrounded by patches of dry grass. I feel totally taken advantage of paying $35 for this. I HIGHLY recommend to go else where. We will not return.

I stopped by this park on my way to Oklahoma City. I liked it. No frills, basic bit clean and safe. It was nice to walk to the pond and throw my line in. I used fhe bathroom and the shower facilities. Clean, hot water, no soap in the shower but brought my own.

I’ve lived in this park for almost two years. We had a lot of crazies. But new management took over and really cleaned it up. Nice trailers, good people, easy rules, fun to be around. Country setting, close to shopping, fishing, open fields. Quite not a bunch of noise.

Site given was F05. No letters before the numbers. Sites are uneven making leveling very difficult. Easy on and off interstate 40. Great if you have dogs.

The couple who run the park are very nice people. When I arrived they were so warm and welcoming. The lady helped get me checked-in and the guy, taylor helped get my RV hooked up for my stay. Later on when I had issues with my breaker box he arrived promptly to get it fixed up quickly for me. It was such a quiet and peaceful stay while I stopped for a few days rest. It was also very nice to have access to a cleanly laundry facility with 2 full bathrooms that were immaculate. I saw that nice couple outside working hard nearly everyday of my stay pulling weeds and cleaning the park. The services I received during my stay exceeded my expectations and I will definately be back in the future.
